As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate repair estimates, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and technicians
• Coordinate repairs and parts ordering to ensure timely and efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed and updated on repair progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Collision Repair Estimator or in a similar role
• Proficiency in collision repair estimation software and industry standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• This position pays between 45-60K annually
